Annually, on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, we ask Influencers worldwide to pause and thank God for this ministry for both His expansion and provision for the ministry as we follow His lead around the world. Our mission is to do His will and follow His calling wherever He leads. Because of this, we’ve seen Him invite us to many new people groups and places around the globe. Therefore, we will endeavor to make disciples of all nations, starting at home and following His leading from there.
On Tuesday, November 24th, we ask all Influencers to pray about making a gift to the Global Office. When Moses told the people to bring a gift for the work of the Tabernacle, Exodus 35:21 says “those who had ability and were moved in heart” brought gifts. Similarly, we ask those of you who have the ability and are moved in heart, to make a financial donation to the Influencers Global Office.
Our global ministry is a “De-centralized” model in that our Regions are funded by faithful, generous donations by those in the regions who believe in the mission and have been blessed by the ministry. The Global Office does not require any percentage or remuneration from the Regional funds. However, the Global Office has financial needs, as well.
Here are a few examples of areas where the Global Office funds the overall ministry:
We are not a fundraising ministry. We believe God will supply our needs as he has done for the past 25 years. But we do not want to fail to give you the opportunity to make a gift as you “pay it forward” to help us take more people through The Journey so they can find an intimate, abiding relationship with Christ, just like you have found. As you know, that changes everything!
Influencers Development Statement
We believe God created Influencers and anointed us to Make Disciples. We believe He wants to take this Ministry and the Journey process to the ends of the earth so that His children will learn to Abide in Him and so that He can set them free to serve Him fully. We believe He will fund the needs of this ministry so that we might fulfill His calling. We believe He will move the hearts of individuals who have the ability to donate passionately and generously to this Vision. We will Abide in Him, we will pray fervently, we will follow His Spirit and we will Trust Him absolutely with the plans of this ministry. We will not limit God by our intellect, our experience or our expectations. We will share the blessings of this ministry by asking our participants to help meet the needs we encounter. We will live by Faith.
