Carolinas

The story of the Carolina’s region started with a friend-to-friend relationship halfway across the country.  In 2016, Glenn Gordon, who lives in Ft. Mill, South Carolina, got a call from his best friend, Ron Griffin, who lived in Tulsa, OK.  Ron was going through a Journey Group, and it was affecting him in such a positive way, he wanted to share it with Glenn. 

In Fort Mill, one of the first fishing pools for participants was NOT the church, but rather, a workout group, called F3. It is a group of men who meet regularly for workouts but are also committed to fellowship and faith.  Word of this new discipleship process began to spread among the F3 guys until Journey groups started reproducing. 

Influencers Carolinas is not only continuing to discipline men involved with F3, but also expanding into local churches, couples groups and expanding geographically across the Carolinas.  What started in Fort Mill has expanded into Rock Hill, Clover, North and South Charlotte, Shelby and even Eastern Tennessee.  God is planting men that are being inspired to share their experience of having an abiding relationship with Christ and the personal transformation that comes with that relationship.
