Arabic Facebook Ad for the Journey
In 2007, The Journey to the Inner Chamber was translated into Arabic as part of an initiative to bring The Journey to Egypt. Rocky and Bryan and two other men traveled to Egypt to meet with 30 Egyptian businessmen. They spent many sessions talking about the concept of Abiding in Christ and the meaning of the “Inner Chamber” in Rocky’s book. What we discovered is that this book written about a businessman in Southern America and Gabe the farmer, resonated with these men across the world. We also realized that all men are looking to fill this void in their hearts that can only be filled by an intimate, abiding relationship with Christ. In light of the recent events in the Middle East, we sending this Facebook ad out, hoping to bring some hope to Arabic-speaking Christians. We are also hoping there are some who are bi-lingual, who may join an English-speaking Virtual Journey Group to experience our process firsthand. Below is what the ad will say. Please pray for us and this initiative.
Christian Brothers and Sisters in the Middle East:
These are difficult times in which we live, and our hearts are broken for you. We are praying for you, and we have faith that God is working in the midst of the suffering, persecution and danger. We are a U.S.-based ministry with a global footprint.
We have a 9-month Discipleship process called The Journey which is helping believers in Jesus Christ gain a more intimate relationship with Him. This process has helped hundreds of thousands of people in their faith, in their families, in their communities and in finding purpose in life.
We are praying for God to raise up bi-lingual men and women who speak both Arabic and English who would be willing to go through our process via Zoom videoconference, and after completed, who could help us reach Arabic-speaking brothers and sisters around the world.
If you are interested, we would like to offer a free book, called Journey to the Inner Chamber, which is an introduction to our process.
