Most of you know we have been leading Virtual Journey Groups since before COVID. There are SO many people finding out about our ministry on-line and through the Bible App and our podcasts and they want to join a Journey group, only to find there are no groups in their city. THIS IS WHERE VIRTUAL GROUPS COME IN. But it also helps Guides who are leading local groups to give their group more flexibility and a way to invite people from out of town or who travel a lot.
There are LOTS of benefits. We also see a coming need for thousands of Virtual Journey Guides after our movie comes out. So, Scott Lawson, our Virtual Director, and Bryan Craig, Executive Director are going to be co-leading a Virtual Journey Group Guide Orientation. This will help you with:
• Understanding the adjustments you have to make for Virtual vs. Live.
• Learn how to use Zoom for these meetings.
• Help you see how God is in Virtual groups just as he is Live groups.
• Take away your fears, critiques and reservations about Virtual groups.
• Help you see you how can play a part in God’s bigger worldwide vision for this ministry.
